At Imperial, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
